F.I.T. - FABULOUS INTENSIVE TRAINING
A brand new trend in the Fitness world! This new program is designed for all ages and levels, women and men. In fact, specialised assessments are made for each person before the fitness trainer adapts the program to their level.
Training sessions are conducted in groups of 2 to 3 at the most to allow efficient supervision and guidance. The session lasts 60 minutes and the programme changes every week, with an increase in tempo, reps and in overall number of exercises, with the aim to achieve continued progress (weight loss, strengthening and conditioning)
